My video plays back choppy or I hear only sound and no video.

Please download the video to your computer before you watch the clip by right clicking the video link and selecting "save target as". If playback is still choppy once the video is downloaded, try upgrading your Windows media player, and also try updating the drivers using the steps below.

When I try and play a movie I get the following error message: "Windows Media Player cannot play the selected file because it is either damaged or corrupt. Plese select a different file."

This problem is caused by a number of things. Some of these solutions are rather technical in nature so please feel free to contact our technical support staff for further assistance.

Possible Solutions:

1. Every Windows operating system has a version of Windows Media Player that wont give you trouble. You can find the player at
Program Files > Windows Media Player > mplayer2.exe

If that fails you can go to the Microsfot website and download the Windows Media Player from Microsoft.

2. Download the latest video drivers for your system from the manufacturers website. If you do not know the manufactureer of your video card, go to the control panel, device manager, and select display adapters. Some popular video card manufacturer websites are:

Nvidia
Intel (search for your model number)
ATI
Matrox
Diamond Multimedia
Creative Labs

If you would like assistance in finding the right drivers for your card, please email us with your operating system details (win98, winme, win2k, winxp) , and video card brand/model.

3. Corrupt Sound Card Drivers can also cause video playback problems in Windows Media Player. To get the latest version for your card, search for the brand and model (found in the control panel, system, device manager, sound video and game devices) on WINDRIVERS.COM

4. Download the latest version of DIRECTX from Microsoft.

5. Turn down your video card acceleration by going to control panel>display>settings>advanced>troubleshooting ...move the sliding bar to NONE. This setting affects video playback and games, and not regular windows use.

If none of the above work, please email us your system details, including amount of RAM, CPU Speed, and OS.

I am having problems playing the Quicktime videos.

Please download the latest version of the Quicktime player.
